InspectHub is built by Attikus Labs, Inc., an independent, privately-owned software company incorporated in Delaware. We build specialized tools for property professionals — and we make money by selling software, not by selling or monetizing your data.

InspectHub operates with its own isolated data infrastructure. Your InspectHub data is never shared with, accessed by, or used for any other product or service.

We collect the following categories of personal data:

Account Information

• Name, email address, and password when you create an account
• Billing information if you subscribe to a paid plan
• Organization or company name

Inspection Data

• Photos and videos uploaded during property inspections
• Inspection reports and notes
• Property addresses and descriptions

E-Signature Data

• Digital signatures provided by you or your tenants
• Timestamps and IP addresses associated with signatures

Usage Data

• Pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the Service
• Device type, browser type, and operating system
• IP address and approximate location

Cookies & Similar Technologies

• Session cookies to keep you logged in
• Analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• Providing and maintaining the Service
• Processing and storing your inspection reports, photos, and videos
• Facilitating e-signatures between landlords and tenants
• Sending you service-related notifications and updates
• Improving and optimizing the Service
• Responding to your support requests
• Complying with legal obligations
• Protecting against fraud and unauthorized access

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contract Performance — Processing necessary to provide you with the Service you signed up for
• Legitimate Interests — Processing necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as improving the Service and preventing fraud
• Consent — Processing based on your explicit consent, such as marketing communications
• Legal Obligation — Processing necessary to comply with applicable laws

We do not sell your personal data. We never have, and we never will. As a privately-owned company, we are not under pressure from investors or shareholders to monetize your information. We share data only in the following circumstances:

Infrastructure Providers

We use Firebase and Google Cloud Platform to host and operate the Service. Your data is stored on Google's infrastructure and is subject to Google's security practices.

E-Signature Recipients

When you send an inspection report for signature, the recipient will have access to the report content and any photos or videos included.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your data if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

InspectHub operates globally and your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States.

For transfers from the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and Google Cloud's data processing terms to ensure adequate protection of your data.

For transfers from Brazil, we comply with the requirements of the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD).

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service.

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

Inspection reports, photos, and videos are retained for the duration of your account. You can delete individual inspections at any time through the Service.

We take the security of your data seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it, including:

• Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL
• Encryption of data at rest on Google Cloud infrastructure
• Regular security assessments and monitoring
• Access controls limiting who can access your data within our organization

While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Service:

• Essential Cookies — Required for the Service to function, such as authentication cookies. These cannot be disabled.
• Analytics Cookies — Help us understand how the Service is used. We use Google Analytics to collect aggregated usage data. You can opt out of analytics cookies through your browser settings or our cookie preferences.

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

InspectHub is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete that data promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
